DISTANCE SALE AGREEMENT

1. Parties

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject matter of this contract is the sale of goods or services by the seller to the recipient.

3. Placing an Order

When the recipient wishes to purchase a product or service offered by the seller, they may place an order using the communication channels specified by the seller.

4. Payment Terms

Upon confirmation of the order, the buyer agrees to pay the order amount. Payment may be made using the buyer’s preferred payment method.

5. Delivery

The seller undertakes to deliver the buyer’s order to the specified address. Delivery time may vary depending on the contents of the order, the buyer’s location, and the shipping company’s service.

 

6. Cancellation and Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product or service purchased, they may cancel the purchase or return the item within 14 days of the purchase date. To cancel or return an item, the buyer must submit a written request to the seller. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

7. Resolution of Disputes

Turkish law shall govern the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any potential disputes amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.

This agreement may also be accepted and is valid electronically between the parties.
